KYC verification typically completes within 24 hours of document submission. 790pub reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or SMS OTP verification codes with any third party, including any person claiming to be a 790pub support agent. 790pub will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified 790pub of unauthorized access.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting 790pub support. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to completion before closure is finalized. If a self-exclusion is in place, reactivation is subject to the terms of the applicable responsible gaming policy.
All transactions on 790pub are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made through the Platform.
790pub accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency (USDT). Minimum deposit amounts are: GCash / PayMaya — ₱50; Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) — ₱200; Cryptocurrency — equivalent of ₱500. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business hours. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers typically process within 1–3 hours. 790pub reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits based on your account tier, KYC status, and bonus activity. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification before processing. 790pub does not charge fees for standard withdrawals; however, third-party processing fees imposed by payment providers are the responsibility of the player.
790pub reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests pending verification of account activity, KYC completion, or investigation of suspected fraudulent conduct. During an active investigation, withdrawal processing may be suspended for up to 30 days. Players will be notified of any such hold via their registered contact details.
790pub offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and reload offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion and the following general conditions.
Bonus funds carry wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be met before conversion to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of stake toward wagering. Live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) may contribute at a reduced rate. Game contribution rates for each active bonus are stated in the promotion's individual terms. 790pub reserves the right to exclude specific game titles from bonus wagering contribution at any time.
790pub employs risk management systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Activities including but not limited to: low-risk matched betting using bonus funds, systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics, coordinated play between accounts, and any pattern of play that exploits bonus terms without genuine gameplay intent may be deemed bonus abuse. In such cases, 790pub reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the account where abuse is confirmed.
Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per household, device, IP address, and verified identity. Multiple accounts or registrations created to claim the same promotional offer constitute a violation of these Terms.
790pub offers games provided by licensed third-party software suppliers including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Hacksaw Gaming, and others. All games on the Platform are governed by the rules published within each individual game interface and by the software provider's technical specifications.
The outcome of all RNG (Random Number Generator) games is determined by certified random number generation software, independently audited for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical game processes (cards, dice, wheels) observed via live video stream. Game results displayed on the Platform are final once a round is completed. Technical malfunctions that prevent a round from completing entitle the player to a stake refund only — no other compensation is implied.
In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game or RNG game round, the game will continue according to pre-programmed auto-play logic or game rules. Reconnecting to an in-progress game session may result in the round having been completed in your absence. 790pub is not liable for disconnections caused by your device, your internet service provider, or force majeure events.
In the event of a manifest error, system malfunction, or obvious technical error — including but not limited to incorrect odds displayed, game results clearly inconsistent with game rules, or payout calculations that deviate materially from stated rules — 790pub reserves the right to void affected bets and winnings. Players will be notified and stakes refunded where applicable.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 790pub and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

All 790pub account holders have access to the following tools through their account settings panel, without requiring support contact: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time reminders; session time limits; cooling-off periods (temporary access suspension); and permanent self-exclusion. These tools take effect within minutes of being configured.
A player who requests self-exclusion will have their account locked immediately and will be removed from all marketing communications. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent exclusion. 790pub will make reasonable efforts to prevent excluded players from re-registering; however, the player must also take personal responsibility for not circumventing this measure. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not: reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 790pub Platform without prior written consent from 790pub.
The 790pub name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of 790pub. Unauthorized use of these marks — including in social media handles, affiliate sites not authorized by 790pub, or any communication that could imply official affiliation — is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 790pub, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; loss of data; financial losses incurred through gameplay; or any disruption to service caused by circumstances outside 790pub's reasonable control.
790pub aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency upgrades, cyberattacks, ISP failures, and force majeure events may result in temporary service interruption. 790pub will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime via the Platform's announcement channels.
790pub integrates third-party services including game software providers, payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and analytics tools. 790pub is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. Any disputes relating to third-party payment processing should be directed to the relevant payment provider in the first instance.
Nothing in these Terms limits 790pub's liability for: death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.
Your use of 790pub involves the collection and processing of personal data including your name, contact information, payment details, gaming activity, and device information. 790pub's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By registering for an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the 790pub Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
790pub will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party processors (payment providers, KYC verification services, game software providers) only to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform and in compliance with applicable data protection obligations.
790pub reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Changes required to comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements, or security obligations may take effect immediately without advance notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of 790pub or these Terms, you agree to first contact 790pub support to seek an informal resolution. 790pub will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly within 14 business days of a formal written complaint being received.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration or the appropriate regulatory body as determined by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures. You agree to exhaust all available dispute resolution mechanisms before pursuing any claim through the Philippine court system.
Any claim arising from your use of the 790pub Platform must be brought within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims not brought within this period are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
